Ord Manor
An area close to the recreational facilities which is more
suited to families and an area further away from the facilities
for those seeking a quieter pitch.
There are some vacant pitches for timber lodges and new or
second hand holiday home caravans.
Ord Meadows
Reserved exclusively for owners with no young children and
is perfect for our more mature guests who have a little more
time on their hands to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of
this quite unique area.
New Developments
A new development has just been completed and we have some
vacant superior pitches for new, luxury holiday home caravans
or timber lodges.
Touring pitches
A - Some level, hard standing (including awning area), some
grass, fairly close to toilets and play area.
B - Sloping or very slight slope, some hard standing (including
awning area), close to toilets, fairly close to play area.
Some pitches shaded in the afternoon.
C - Level, grass (including awning area). Next to play area
fairly close to toilets.
D - Level, hard standing (including awning area). Further
from toilets, sheltered and screened pitches in the old orchard.
E - Level, hard standing, not suitable for awnings. Close
to entrance and disabled facilities. Shaded in afternoon.
F - Slightly sloping. Some hard standing (awning area grass).
Next to recreation area and toilets.
G - Sloping, some hard standing, (awning area grass). Fairly
close to toilets, away from play area. Quiet, some pitches
shaded in afternoon.
L - Level, hard standing, no awning, no children. Fairly
close to entrance/toilets. Away from main touring area. Screened
from main park road.
J - 3 + man tents, fairly close to toilets, next to recreation
area.
T - 2 man tents, further from toilets, close to recreation
area. Secluded, shaded and fairly quiet.
Facilities
Our award winning luxury, centrally heated toilet and shower
building has ample hot water, free hot showers, free hairdryers,
deep hot baths, hand dryers and shaving points.
It has family shower and bathroom suites, a dish washing
and vegetable preparation area, and facilities for the disabled.
There is also a launderette with washing machines, spin dryer,
tumble dryers and iron. |
